Killing - Not without permission.
Telepathy/mind-reading - Go ahead. If she knows you are doing it though she might be able to mount a little magical resistance to it.

RELATIONS

Hugging - She might not understand or otherwise turn bright red. Go for it.
Flirting - Again... she is a bit dense. If the flirting isn't obvious she might just think your character is being nice.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions - Kissing you can do. She will melt of embarassment. Other - no thanks.
